The rules are simple.
1. The Guesser is given 81 tries to guess what you're thinking. No questions other than to guess.
2. The Guesser must have knowledge as to what you're thinking or conceivably be able to guess it.
3. If the Guesser correctly guesses, you must take them out for a meal.
Tom has to pay for my meal because I beat him in 81 Guesses.

To suggest an answer to a query dealing with a topic/subject that you have not thoroughly studied, basing your answer on the knowledge that you have acquired in the past which relates to the query at hand.
Teacher: Hello student's, you will recall that I taught you that airplanes are the fastest mode of transport, a business man want's to send a parcel to another city very quickly, suggest a mode of transport he should use.
Stupid Student: "But Sir, you never taught us what mode of transport a businessman wishing to send a parcel quickly would use!"
Non-Retarded Student:" I'll make an Educated Guess that the business man would use an airplane to deliver his parcel quickly, as this is the fastest mode of transport.

When you are using a computer or device, and related software but in the dark as to how to use it but are trying to find or do something but you have no idea how so you are just are guessing and clicking anything in the hopes of finding what you need.
Getting information from my new colleagues is like getting blood from a rock, so I spend most of my day guess clicking through the companies software trying to figure out how it works rather than someone providing basic information to learn from.
Giving someone one guess of the answer to a question, commonly an obvious answer.
