Technically a portmanteau of the words "gay" and "sex". Often used as a term of affirmation or approval or the receipt of a message. Can be used in the place of "OK" however gex is more often used to denote indifference in the face of violent threats.

A common misspell of the term "Gay Sex". The term "Say Gex" is handy dandy when you(strictly a male) want to have sex with another male, but don't want to be embarrassed when asking.
