Nene

The primary antagonist of the Blue Dragon franchise. He is a sadistic villain who attacks settlements for no reason. He resembles Megamind, but old, and with red eyes. He wields the Shadow known as Chimera, and has committed atrocities such as genocide, terrorism, usurping, murder, theft, attempted murder, etc. He is the ruler of Gran Kingdom, with Mecha General Szabo as his right hand man, and on his left shoulder is a small green alien frog looking thing named Deathroy. His acts of terrorism usually occur in conjunction with violet clouds. His primary enemies are Shu, Jiro, Kluke, Marumaro, Zola, and the Kingdom of Jibral.

Jiro: Why do you attack our village!?
Nene: I wanted to hear your screams.
Kluke: Who do you think you are!?
Shu: Damn you!
Nene: Szabo, we're done. Take them away.
Deathroy: Take them away!
