The pitch level is so higher than the normal and I guess its copyright free because some youtubers use it there is something called COPYRIGHT FREE SONGS

Probably one of the saddest excuses of a genre, nightcore is a type of music that is a piece of already existing music sped up or pitch shifted, making it questionable if its actually a genre or not, though a genre would assume that is purely made up of original songs. In its history, people have said that it is low effort and requires no talent other than the ability to pirate music and use windows movie maker.
Person1: Have you heard of nightcore?
Person2: Yes and i think it is low effort and therefore bad.

Nightcore is a genera of music that is sped up. The pitch can be higher due to being sped up.
Not all nightcore is the same. Different creators create it differently. However, they should all have the same aspect of being sped up with a pitch change. Just don't expect every Nightcore to sound the same. (Unless it's from the same creator)
Nightcore is commonly associated with anime and relating things. So expect to see a lot of anime character as the background to Nightcore videos on YouTube.
