A question used to show how you have no idea what someone is talking about. It comes from Wheel of Fortune when a contestant does not know the correct answer so they say "Can I buy a question mark?" instead of "Can I buy a vowel?"

Is the opposite of same and can be used as a response of not relating to what a person is saying.
Dude 1: "Man I really wish I could kiss your sister!"
Dude 2: "Same Question Mark"
When your Bestie asks you a question and makes the subject plural in the sentence. You don't know how to respond to this so you simply say "Plural Question Mark?" to express confusion and loss of words.
When you're really confused on something, and you want to express your confusion in one word.

You : Question mark. You on drugs?
