A rehab gangster is a person currently in rehab who always talks about how hard and tough they are. All their stories are bullshit, and at heart they are a pussy.
That dude at that meeting is such a rehab gangster.
This is usually the condition you snap into when you return from a week-end of non-stop drinking and party-hardying in places such as Las Vegas or Havasu. Heck, you can even switch into “rehab-mode” after too much clubbin.
The act of hiding out for a minute just to snap back into normalcy and replenish your body with non-alcohol-based fluids.
Aw man I partied so hard in Vegas this weekend, I've gone into Rehab-mode, I can't drink, smoke, or hang out for a few weeks at least.

Vocal Rehab is when a person, usually a trained voice, spends all of their time whispering or miming so that their voice can recover, probably because they have a cold.
For a while I thought Albert was a big jerk; turns out he is, but I only thought so because he was in vocal rehab.
