Smoking or in anyway consuming Marijuana.
When I get home from work I'm toking it up.
When you already smoked a joint, but you’ve come down just a bit from your high and you just need a few tokes more to get just as high again. A touch up (like a paint job), a refresher toke.
I know we smoked not long ago but I could use a touch up toke before we start the movie.

Taking a smoke; specifically describing the smoking of marijuana. It could describe smoking a blunt, or using a bowl, bubbler or bong.
Hey, I'm toking up in a sec, do you wanna go out back?
Toking up first thing in the morning gets you extra stoned.
