Someone who is shown on TV often, is shown in the magazines you see while waiting in lines in grocery stores, or discussed by middle and high school preppies. These people are solely for making money for people who exploit them. 99% of them do not do anything impressing or good at all, they either do something effortless (like bad acting) or something horrible (like computerized singing) I mean AT ALL. A slang term used in restaurants for a table full of black people wearing bling, with grills, and/or whoreish/thuggish clothing. It is widely assumed and usually correct that on a ticket of $100 the server would be lucky to make $5 as a tip even though they will table up your entire section all night.

In The Breakthrough Collaborative, an event in which student work is displayed and performances take place. For students, Celebration is a time of fun, laughter, and an exhibition of their summer. For teachers, namely the Celebration coordinators, it is a time of stress and worrying. There will be tears of joy and prayers of thankfulness upon its completion.
Celebration is hell.

When something so great happens that a simple "yay" will not do, The Celebration comes in to play. To put it simply, it is 'on-the-spot masturbation'.
I was at dave's house the other night when i found out i won the lottery, so i did the celebration. His parents weren't pleased. But i bought them a new house (but kept the carpets!).
