The equivalent of a n00b. Generally it is used when someone is behaving in a ridiculously n00b-like manner. Like when someone is doing something pointless.
Chibbing around can also be another way to call someone a troll.
"Quit being such a chib"
or
"Guys, quit chibbing around!"

You eat a hot dog, bbq chips, and coke all in one meal. Afterwards you eat cotton candy, five chocolate bars, and more fast food. You then are overcome by a chill (but you aren't cold) so it is a CHIB!
