Cuss -verb: to smoke, to inhale, to draw into mouth. Cuss is a term use solely in reference to smoking and/or enjoying the funny-tobacco <aka Mary Jane>.
Cuss - verb (used with object)
1. Its 8:30am on a Monday, wanna cuss?
2. Its lunchtime, I'm on a work break, wanna cuss?
3. Its 4:20 on a Tuesday, feel like cussin'?
4. I'm bored on a Sunday afternoon, who's down for some cussin?
5. Damnit, it's only mid-September and KC's outta cuss till October!

An alternative way of saying 'what the fuck', made popular by Fantastic Mr Fox.
Also a more accepting and non offensive way of saying fuck.
Can be used is various ways:
"What the cuss?"
"Are you cussing with me?"
"Well your sure as cuss not getting any worse..."
"Where the cuss does that kid get off..."
"Oh my cuss..."
"Why the cuss didn't I listen to my lawyer..."
"This is going to be a total clustercuss"
when somebody screams a long string of cuss words at another in the hopes of insulting them. this is a tactic used by dolts lacking the vocabulary to actually belt out a witty insult.
example for "cuss out":
"FUCK OFF, YOU NASTY MOTHER-FUCKING PIECE OF FUCKING SHIT! GO SUCK A FUCKING COCK, YOU PILE OF CRAP! YOU'RE SUCH A.....",etc. is an example of cussing out.

An organization started by a 14-year-old tool from Pasadena, as endorsed by his parents and apparently his friends. This group, obviously in direct violation of the USA's first amendment, has somehow been endorsed by congressmen and law enforcement alike. The aforementioned 14-year-old has also authored a hilarious, although pathetic "music video" wherein he spasms about his neighborhood, telling people not to use swear words. I, much like thousands of other people who have seen this music video, are anxious to hear how this person has turned out in three to five years.

To berate in a hateful or vicious manner using various and sundry profane words; ie, the manner in which one would cuss out a dog who shit on the carpet.
