Problems almost unique to or prevalent in the first world, which actually refers to the US. These problems include:

- identity theft
- credit card fraud

- queueing forever in cars for “fast food” and coffee
- conspiracy theories
- gun violence

- institutionalised corruption
- extreme bureaucracy

The act of being a beauty, but the beauty must reside in a country of "1st World Status." If Beauty was born in 2nd or 3rd world and moves to a 1st world country, then they still qualify for 1st world Status.
