A false phrase.
Usually used in reassurance from people who have no clue how hard it really is for you. So they comfort you but it feels meaningless.

Generic phrase meant to convey imminent and total failure of any undertaking or action.
Originally refers to a motor vehicle "rolling" upon taking a corner too fast or driving off the road.
