Happens after reading or watching the Harry Potter Series. An extreme sense of nostalgia or desire to be either Harry Potter, or a character within the series. Those who suffer, experience a great feeling of nostalgia, yet a lonely desire to be within the Harry Potter Universe.
John: "Damn man, I just finished the Harry Potter Series. What a ride, I felt like I was in a whole new world. In fact, I kinda wish I was in the Harry Potter world. Life is so great there".
Jack: "Nah man, you're just suffering from Hogwarts Syndrome. Every fan goes through it. Don't worry it'll go away in time."
A game that broke multiple records despite a small group of hypocrites that say they want inclusion, but bully and exclude those who play it.
Man: wow that game Hogwarts Legacy was a great game!
Woman: yeah, too bad those Trans idiots caused one of their ally streamers to cry midstream for playing it.

Comes from harry potter and the sorcerer's stone when Hagrid refers to a bank transaction as Hogwarts business, meaning no one should know and harry shouldn't tell anyone. basically saying it's top secret information :)

You want to go to Hogwarts so bad it hurts. You want to be a part of the world in the Harry Potter universe, You want to be involved in the wizarding world. We all know you probably have a massive crush on one of the characters as well, and you probably ship either drarry or wolfstar.
