Hail Hydra is a phrase from the fictional HYDRA organization in marvel movies and comics.
HYDRA is a secret evil organization. While the acronym wasn't officially revealed to fans, some believe it means : Hierarchy of Yielding Disciples for Reigning Authority.
HYDRA's origins have been hotly debated among fan theories. Some people have said that HYDRA is an evil ancient order stretching as far back as Renaissance, Reformation, Scientific Revolution, Enlightenment eras.
Others say HYDRA began in the 1800s as a secret elite similar to the illuminati and made sure that the Entente won WW1, the Allies won WW2, and the West won the cold war. Some say the elite HYDRA picked those sides as it would benefit their New World Order, and made sure to eliminate the Gold Standard to control the masses through capitalism.
There are contradicting theories on HYDRA in fanfic, but it's mainly speculation.
Hail HYDRA means to show allegiance to them.

A bullet with a hollow inside and serated tip that, upon impact with a viable target, gets twisted inside out, forming a very large mushroom shape, thus increasing the caliber of the bullet dramatically. This results in either a HUGE exit wound, or it stays in the body, causing certain death. Very expensive. 25 bucks for a box of 20 rounds. Really good for self defense though. Really good if you intend to put someone down with only one shot.
