Income tax is a tax on the income of a person or corporation. In the United States, it is usually collect at both the state and federal level; however, there are a few states which do not currently tax personal income.
The abover definition is completely false, because the federal income tax doesn't discriminate between sources of income from government occupations and private labor. See e.g. 26 U.S.C. § 61. Otherwise, how would the federal government be able to fund its operations?
Tax protestors and other fringe lunatic types make all kinds of specious, pseudo-legal arguments to try to avoid paying the income tax. They put their own idiosyncratic spin on the laws to try to defend their actions. The IRS and the federal courts don't appreciate this, and usually fine them out the ass for their frivolous litigation

Geared Income (welfare) is a form of monetary contribution (taxes) made on behalf of the government to only the laziest and most useless human beings. In an effort to keep track of the scum of society better and study their breeding habits, the government decided to house them in large clusters, called "geared income housing units" (ghetto) To ensure that the sub-humans don't die off before the government decides to kill them off, free health care is also offered. (rabies vaccine) the working class largely fund this experiment. Geared income recipients have more spending power than those who work for a living, because the government has pampered them in order to keep them colonized.

A lunch generally made out of inexpensive ingredients, such as a ham/bologna, cheese, and mayo (or miracle whip) sandwich. This lunch can also be a last resort option if nothing else is found around the living quarters to consume.
I cant find anything else good to eat! I better make me a low income lunch.
