Word often used by chavs. Chavs ARE meatheads but prefer to blame it on someone else. A meathead I would say means there head is full of meat, not brain, meat.

A meat-eater; a carnivore.
A male or a female who exclusively eats meat, or who can't skip a meal without some sort of meat in it. Someone who would rather eat steak tartar than any kind of vegetable. A person who thinks vegetarians are crazy and probably malnourished. Someone who doesn't think it's food unless there were once bones in it. Someone who is offered fish, duck or chicken and asks "Where's the beef?"
If the choice for breakfast is oatmeal or dry cerial a meathead will whine about his missing bacon. Even eggs don't cut it without bacon or at least sausage. A meathead won't even enjoy huevos rancheros for brunch much less quiche. Better get him a steak.

Meathead; Noun: Used to describe males who spend most of their free time at the gym. Meatheads are easily identified by their tendency to wear cut-off tee shirts, tank tops and tight sweatshirts. They frequently have overdeveloped chest and bicep muscles.
Sam: “Dude I couldn’t even squat last night at the gym.”
Buck: “Why not?”
Sam: “Cuz there was like 50 Meatheads there using all the squat racks to do bicep curls!”

A person that nobody likes, they are obsessed with playing D-1 football even though they suck, they can't get any girls and often disgust them i.e. Kelly Bireley, and their penis is so small that when they flashed it at the pool nobody could see it.
