I have a friend who is a total Patty. They still go to school, and they even kept their old child bedroom.

Patty is a very quiet and creepy person who will ruin your social status anywhere in school or public. A patty almost never speaks but when he does it will be very annoying and irritating and you will probably just want to scream in anger.
