If an area is restricted, people have no rights there, it's not free. A restricted country is not a free country, it's a country where you have no rights.
A restriction that prevents people under a certain age from doing something.
An age restriction was set in the household that family members have to be 12 or over to watch a horror film.
Chat Restriction is whereby a person returns the flame in a normal game in league of legends, throws a tantrum constantly in the game despite him pulling weird shit in support but says that it works, gets restricted from speaking for 3 games and decides enough is enough and decides to quit league of legends
