Shut the fuck up Carl! is a military meme that usually is scene that depicts some military situation sometimes it’s a funny mess up or just a picture that involves the military. There’s usually a snarky or funny remark made of the current situation on top, with a bottom text being along the lines of “shut the fuck up, Carl” but this can also fluctuate, except that the guy is always addressed as Carl.
