Southern Maryland. Opposite of NOVA (Northern Virginia). Often used when being more specific than DC, but less than the actual county of residence (ie, Montgomery County).

Soma is a very special girl that is very rare to meet. She can be moody at times but other than that, she can be great to be around. She’s funny without trying and loves playing video games and would do anything for her friends. She speaks outside her mind and doesn’t care what others think.
“Have you met Soma?”
“Yeah! She’s that funny girl that everyone loves!!”
