A Shoulder thrower is someone who throws people over their shoulder, which is a complete DICK move. A perfect example of this would be the character Singed in the game League of Legends, because he does that shit all the time.

Originally, a term to describe a Catholic participant of the conflict in Northern Ireland. An action whereby an individual responds to a complex verbal situation with an unacceptable physical action. Historically throwing dishes, cutlery, glassware usually at dinner parties, religious festivals and weddings. The situation usually arrises when the individual lacks the cognitive abiltiy to adequately express themselves resulting in confusion and anger.
