The wretched hive of the internet. Where you go if you want to lose faith in humanity- Common kinds here include 'emos'- Primarily teens who paint their faces black to express their 'inner darkness', and act 'depressed' over the smallest things- Sexist nutjobs who claim to be feminists (And spam the stupid phrase 'Check your privilege), and, in spite of most members claiming it is a place where anyone can have fun and not be judged, being a white, heterosexual male with no big problems in life will generally garner you a lot of hate for being 'normal'.
In other words, STAY AWAY. Unless you want to lose faith in humanity, as I've said previously.
Average Tumblr member: "Welcome to Tumblr, where anyone of any race, sexuality, and gender can have fun! ...Wait, are you heterosexual, white, male, and happy with your life? YOU'RE NOT WELCOME HERE WHITE CISCUM OMG"
Average Tumblr 'Feminist': "Men are pigs who deserve to be butchered! Women are superior! Females in skimpy clothing in fictions are SEXIST SEX ICONS, and males without shirts in fiction are JUST FINE! If you complement a woman's appearance, you are a SEXIST PERVERTED PIG WHO NEEDS TO CHECK HIS PRIVILEGE!"

Is your 14 year old daughter suddenly a feminist and hates white-cis-men? Talks about how you can't joke about race/sex/gender because it's not right? Believes women are the supreme beings of the universe but demands equality at the same time? Says that only black people are allowed to wear dread locks because otherwise it's cultural appropriation? Every time Cinco De Mayo comes around she says it's racist to eat tacos that day?

A site that is supposed to be a place where people can express individuality but has been reduced to a place of conformity. Most people have blogs that consist of the following:
Fashion
Jewelry
Models
Rants about relationships
Stupidity
If you don't have any of the following, chances are you will not get many followers especially if your blog is edgy or controversial. Society doesn't like controversy.
