A creepy guy who develops an unhealthy obsession for every female he meets. Does not understand the word "no", and can be told off hundreds of times and not take any offense. Cannot take a hint. Is always happy and never gives up when he has a target. Also see stalker.

a guy who has a girlfriend and then flirts with you. you've had a crush on him for almost 6 years and he flirts with you . you are sooooooo happy. you tell your best friend and shes ecstatic for you. he also says hes gonna ask you out next year once he breaks up with his girlfriend. days later your friend tells you he was just playing you. its been like 5 months you still have a crush on dylan. basically dylan is a guy you cant get over and he drives you crazy.
