PMS stands for premenstrual syndrome, this can occur. before during or after menstruation. Symptoms of PMS include stomach cramps, , irritability, breast tenderness , pain in the breasts , cravings and hormonal imbalance aka mood swings.

Guys seem like bigger dicks when a girl is pmsing. tips for guys be extra sensitive when a girl is pmsing. and never ask a girl if she is pmsing it comes off really rude. if you want to make things better when a girl is pmsing. get her sweet or salty treats.( preferred snacks or treat. depend on the women) or even get them there favorite thing to eat. another thing to help you feel better while pmsing is to eat ice cream in bed watching your favorite show or movie
