Procrastinator Parade

Something (usually a project of some kind) you tend to dread early and when it comes, since you've been putting off prep work, you will suffer from a variety of bad times.

That project that was due later this month has become a Procrastinator Parade for all the employees.

(Noun) The act or process of wasting time or pushing off important things (procrastinating) together with a friend. Should be used when both subjects have things they should be doing instead.

You see those two kids watching YouTube videos in the library? They're engaging in mutual procrastination. They have an exam to study for, but they are wasting each other's time with silly things instead.
