Chair that has a built in ability to lean back. Usually has an extra angled piece on the bottom to allow worry free leaning. Business can be conducted while the chair is flat, and partying can commence when leaning back.
"I'm so glad I can lean back in this chair. This is definitely the mullet of the chair world."

A smashed face resulting from being hit by a flying chair. Usually occurs when recipient has done something offensive or causes stress to the person throwing the chair.

The new secretary glared at herself in the mirror and commented, "Stupid chair hips, I need to work harder to keep my ass in shape."
As she walked back to her chair her male coworkers gaze followed her rear.
"Damn, she's got a nice ass...I hope she doesn't get a flat ass from chair hips," one remarked.
