To die, typically by a gun.

Person 1: "Did you hear about Person 2?"
Person 3: "No, what happened?"
Person 1: "He caught lead last week."

Person 1: "Catch."
Person 2: "Catch what?"
Person 1: "Catch these hands!"
Person 2: "Catch lead!"

catching a z

Meaning going to sleep or sleeping

Sam " Hey man, where have you been?"

Jack " Sorry man I was catching a z"

catch dice

A move a player in a dice game can call if not rolling. He can call "catch" or "caught" to cancel another players come out roll. If the roller rolls a 2, 3, or 12 after the call of catch is safe. It was cancelled out. The same if the roller rolled a 7 or 11. no win. Next roll is the come out roll and rules apply like usual. Not sure where it originated from but have not seen anyone else play this way. The place i believe it originated is in Eastside, San Antonio, TX where i lived in 90's. .

Jungle Catching

to keep someone from falling by placing a finger in their asshole in the shape of a hook and pulling.

To apply the Forbidden Jungle to an aerial opponent

Day-catch

A person who just comes to a certain event, only to have their attendance in check or fill up the need of a certain event without any given interest, concern, attention in a given subject, gathering, organization, etc.

Catch 96

When a person typically tries to figure out what you are thinking, how you handle situations and do you really have what it takes to make it happen.
