A person who simply is not part of the program, one who acts only for their own pleasure in a way that causes harm or disorder.
Actions of Chaos Agents vary widely, scaling from petty personal relations to being a malignancy towards their society.
01 : "Brian is a total fucking nob, pulls a fast one on us the second the police show up despite causing the whole thing. Bit of a chaos agent..."
02 : "Just wait for 5 years until you see him on the news planting car bombs and publicly hanging people, then you can call him a chaos agent."
1. Militant, activist homosexuals who engage in domestic terrorism, usually as the military arm for so-called civil rights organizations or purely for self-serving reasons.
