A gay man who either just arrogant or someone who is intentionally cruel, obnoxious, and heartless. However, this insult is used too on disliked egirls that are presumed to be a man behind the screen or any despised male person regardless of their sexual orientation.
Be warned that faggot is a term used to describe a bundle of sticks used to burn homosexuals back when being gay was illegal. Also, be warned that faggot can mean either an asshole or a douchebag, two similar words which do not mean the same (see the definitions of asshole and genuine asshole).
