The loonger you say it the more it shows how extra vagant the situation is. Instead of you saying "Im dead" you could just say "Im Drrrrrr" which sounds more better in my oppinion.
For exaple; A girl with a big back walks past, Niggato goes "Im Drrrrrr" And falls down with blood on his nose. Another example could be when someone does something stuipid "Tomz types in on youtube search bar youtube" " everyone around him goes; " Im Drrrrrr"

When instant messaging on a particularly racy or controversial subject and you begin typing a response, only to realise the other person is also typing a response, so you stop, as does the other, to read what they say first. Then the game of IM chicken begins waiting to see who sends first.
I was IM'ing with my ex, discussing whether we should get back together. Neither of us would say it though, and a few long bouts of IM Chicken began.
