A term to mean possible children a man may or may not know about outside his official relationships. Usually referring to possible children from One Night Stands or Hookups or Ex-Partners He has lost contact with.

Definitely a characterisation inflicted by parents. A very British, naive, sheltered, pale stereotype of a child, and all that goes with it.
