Another way of saying one is pooping.
Since it takes roughly around 7-10 minutes to run a mile, to "run a mile" can be used for "pooping" instead of blatantly saying one is pooping.
One can also say "2 miles" for roughly 20 minutes of pooping and so on.
Guy 1: What are you up to this morning?
Guy 2: I think I'm going to go "run a mile". Be right back.
Guy 1: Alright, I just ran my 3 miles this morning.

A great Croatian writer and politician. Born in Sveti Rok, Lika in 1889, he studied geography and history at the University of Zagreb. During WWI, he was drafted into the Austro-Hungarian Army where he witnessed the Serb retreat through Albania in 1915-16. He was exiled from Croatia, but when he returned to Croatia, during a protest he was arrested and beaten. During WWII he became the minister of education, religion, and foreign affairs. He is most known for his plan of getting rid of serbs in Croatia. He proposed that One third are to be killed, one third expelled and remaining third converted into Catholicism. After the fall of Hitler, Tito's Partizans captured him and sentenced him in a one-day trial and was executed. The rest of Mile Budak's family were slaughtered in the Bleiburg massacre, while his wife and daughter were raped and executed by communist partizan forces.
Mile Budak is one of Croatia's biggest heros. It's sad that anyone else would think otherwise.

A country mile is the longest distance someone is willing to walk.
This saying originated in the Australian outback, where until the late 1970s cars were few and the distance between one town and the next was several, or possibly hundreds of miles away. If you didn't have a car, or even a horse, you'd have to walk to wherever you wanted to go.
Bill: "hand me the remote will ya John?"

the green mile is when you drive back to school after skipping class to smoke pot. the only parking spots that are left are at the end of the parking lot, so the walk back to school seems like a "mile" because its long and because of the fact your ripped out of your gord from all the bud you smoked, thus the "green". Then theres the analogy to deathrow as there are about 500 windows in the school and all that has to happen is a faculty member see you coming back from off campus high and your dead.
