Slang term used to emphasize anything that exceeds expectations. Outside of the U.S., understanding of this term is low, but international usage and acceptance is on the rise.
Origin: United States, smartphone autocorrect

Doug: Im not coming back for a visit, got the green card, will be staying for a bit lad.
Stan: Boom. Teeth.
Doug: What the bloody hell does that mean? I'm not from America.
Stan: You have much to learn my foreign friend.
Used as an exclamation when something incredibly spectacular happens. It can also be used to describe a clutch performance or an otherwise impressive feat.
