Explosive diarrhea which results in spraying the inside portion, and sometimes other parts, of the a toilet one used.
I went to Chipotle twice yesterday and this morning I spent an hour spraying the bowl so hard that it won't wash off.

An expression used to show optimism, and that everything is alright. It came from Mount Allison University, when students noticed a pile of mush that resembled a cake broken and smashed into a bowl with whipped cream on top.
"Bruno! What have you done? You dropped all of these cakes on the floor!"
"That's okay! Let's make Cake in a bowl!"

The extra bowl(s) you smoke when you're not sure if you will be high enough from the previous bowls you have smoked.
Most of the time, 1 safety bowl is enough, but it is not uncommon to smoke up to 3 or even sometimes 4 safety bowls to ensure that you are indeed high enough.
The safety bowl is not to be confused with the bedtime bowl, however the safety bowl can lead directly to sleep.
"I'm not sure we're high enough... pack a safety bowl!"

A dirty toilet (just like Obama himself) to drop a deuce that smells as bad as the Obama administration did.
After eating a lot of Mexican food I had to rush to the bathroom to drop a turd in the Obama bowl.
