They can try to knock the confidence out of a guy, beat him up PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY, but he will keep on getting up, basically the quote "fall down 7 times, stand up 8"

No one can keep a good man down.
Good always prevails over evil , whether the people are jealous or envious of the person, they will never keep him down

For example, if one friend from a crew is seperated but has a good clean heart and he starts loving a girl, he might be seperated from his 'crew' but they're the ones who change NOT the person. They can knock him down and drain his confidence but no one can keep a good man down, he'll keep on getting up and be in their faces

It's a popular Nigerian expression for "In the end i did my best". It is often used by Nigerian men with lower sex drive than their partners (especially when the partner wants sex more often and in a more erotic way)

Although the term gained popularity through a song by Timaya named "I Can't Kill Myself" in 2019. As the popularity of the phrase has increased so too has the number of different meanings associated with it.

Bright: My wife complains i don't last longer in bed.
Bovi: How long does she expect you keep thrusting?

it is useless to clash with a politician or establishment, it is foolish to fight a battle that you can't win

After getting no support for the destitute for 10 years, I have learned you can't fight city hall.
