And #2> Down as in "cool with" that person but is in fact a perpetrator gaining a false sense of trust with the interested party and/or group.
Overall one who has ulterior motives and is mercenary with their feelings, thoughts and body. This is a woman who never learned who they were as a person, and projects damnation through treachery and being a money siphon. Thus ultimately a FAKE DOWN.
