The part of your brain in which totally ridiculous and random ideas, thoughts, sentences, words are produced. Usually resulting in extreme hilarity or complete confusion among both the speaker and their audience.

A person (most likely just met) that is so incredibly irrelevent, that they are more than just a random, and must be defined as such.

The best thing to comment on an old blog post, especially for someone that you used to know and have lost contact with. Great conversation starter or practical joke. It's randomness and phrasing could be found cringy by some and funny by others, making the rye even more random.
