Smurf Gorge

This is the same as blue balls. Except this is what the women get.

His girlfriend hasn't had sex in the longest time and as a result because of the fact he dumped her. Also she has no way of getting the sexual orgasm she really needs. If she doesn't get it she will soon get smurf gorge.
