This was used as a line in the show 'MAD TV' in one of the sketch's on the show. Its a spin off of "give me liberty or give me death!". Usually used by the dimmer white-trash man who didn't pay attention in Social Studies/History enough to understand the depth of the actual saying.

It means that you are not interested in or worried about something or someone; that you place no value on something, an event or a person; that you do not care and are uninterested. It means that you place less value on it than you do on a turd, says it all really.

When you really really want to emphasize that no one cares about something. Not only does it feel satisfying to say, it's a quick and easy way to shut someone down when they say something stupid or trivial.

Guy 1: My favorite color is white.
Guy 2: No one gives a shit.

A term gays use to describe someone being a bozo

When demarcus cousins pulls up on someone and records them and someone gay says “its giving bozo”

To have overwhelming excitement when you see someone you have feelings for; or a feeling you get when someone you love kisses or touches you.

Every time Erik kisses me I get butterflies; saying "he gives me butterflies"; it's a good thing to give someone butterflies
