The Nasty Jim is a move very similar to a dirty sanchez, instead of simply using just the fingers to penetrate the partners ass, the entire fist is used. The same principle still applies as the fist is still rubbed along the face and feces is still transmitted from the fist to the partners face.

2) In reference to MLB Umpire Jim Joyce who blew a call at 1st base on the last out of what would have been a perfect Game by a Detroit Tigers pitcher. It was very obvious that the player was out even in real time depsite the replays that also proved it.
