He is smart....too smart but that sometimes changes him...he is mostly attractive and loves everyone but sometimes his head gets way to fucking big and you realise he can be cruel cold and unfair...his only hobby is being annoying and he loves the sound of his own voice and people complaining to him. But all in all he is ok
At first he's friendly, but once you get to know him he tends to tease a lot. He can be mean, but when he's mean he's mainly joking. He has an awesome personality and will always listen when you wanna get something off your chest or just wanna rant. He's so sweet and kind and funny and awesome and if you date him, he is the sweetest boyfriend imaginable. He is very cute and adorable, but is a HUGE weeb. Once you get to know him he is the best friend you could ever want, and the only person you'd wanna talk to for months.

Hes just using you and will cheat profusely. Men with the name of toby normally lie uncontrollably and hurt other around them constantly.
