When you are smoking a bowl and you use a whole piece of tissue paper to cover the mouthpiece. Then wrap the stem of the bowl with the rest of the paper. The tissue acts like a blanket going around a baby(your bowl). The Tissue catches any ash that would have went into your lungs becuase of shake or keefy weed or whatnot.

Consent given that applies to all situations, present and future. Blanket consent is most commonly given with contracts but it can also be sexual consent. For instance, giving consent for someone to perform certain sexual acts whenever they want without receiving consent again.

Before Lucy makes too big of a blanket condemnation of Linus's fabric-related "affliction", perhaps she should run a quick reality-check on her OWN life and see how many insecurities that SHE HERSELF has... she merely reacts to them in a different (and often far-more-upsetting/destructive!) way, such as screaming,. punching,. kicking things, etc., but she has said sensitivities all the same.
