They are in most cases felt whenever you are going to go to a training course or things that will last for a while but don't appear a lot if you're gonna go for spending a small amount of time outside

this terrible trend started in the 1990s and got even worse in the 2020s, and it's basically Equal to hearing a baby with the flu crying with car crashes on high pitched on max Volume
