When a job, task, or project is very simple, yet is made difficult because of corporate rules and regulations.
He/she could've completed the job more efficient and effectively, but all the Corporate Horse Shit slowed his/her production.
Corporate Toilet Paper (CTP) - An employee that is irreplaceable, always in demand, impossible to do without, and required by every single other person at work, but is universally looked down upon and has all of the business 'crap' thrust upon them being at a rank too low to refuse it. This person is very intelligent, technical, and often has poor social skills and/or low social standing. A corporate toilet paper is never promoted due to that person's high value in a low position. In many professions this person is female due to a male dominated corporate structure of veiled misogyny.
Mary is this firm's corporate toilet paper. She's the only employee with the skills to handle the difficult 'crap' jobs and they don't promote her because of it. Her boss is an idiot, but he went to college with the president's son.
A bunch of mindless jerks who'll be the first against the wall when the revolution comes.

The terms used exclusively by big companies' executives, in which the message being portrayed is expressed in the most complicated way possible. The words make no real sense, but are simply used to sound important.
"We must learn to love the utopious and unflawed system that is our great big corporation" "That sounds like Corporate Wank-Wank to me?"
To move up in the hierarchy of a corporation.
A 'ladder' is a device with steps used to 'climb' (or move) up and down, so the 'corporate ladder' is the series of steps people go through as they gain more power in a corporation and 'rise to the top' - from file clerk up to president.
You have to work very hard if you want to climb the corporate ladder.

What one gets after hours and hours of meetings discussing a decision and the decision is never made.
This is the 4th meeting we've had this week to discuss whether or not we should we should order more paper for the copier. Someone needs to make a decision - I've got Corporate Blue Balls!

Meaningless corporate tasks that interfere with real work and tasks of employees;
Corporate events and meetings that waste time, accomplish nothing, and reduce the overall man-power and time to work on the project
My boss wants to play corporate grab ass by holding meeting after meeting for a small project, which could have been completed by now.
