This term applies to people who feel they must put a Dr. in front of their name to imply some sort of power, prestige or additional knowledge of something they know nothing about. By the addition of the title Dr. they might even assume they are some sort of Doctard or have some knowledge about the medical profession. In reality they are nothing more than a douche.
This guy whose name rhymes with Bucket threw a Dr in front of his name and has come to save the day, man he's such a douche doctor...

The name you calls someone when you find out they attempted to finger a girl but are so inexperienced that they don't realize that they're suppose to go in and end up circling the hole much like how Doctor Strange opens portals with his two fingers.

Alternating doctors to obtain overlapping prescriptions. Most commonly done to obtain painkillers such as oxycontin.
The USA's highest rated radio host, Rush Limbaugh, was accused of Doctor Shopping to obtain thousands of oxycontin pills once he became addicted to them after treating his back pain. In April 2006, Limbaugh settled out of court in his legal troubles.
