AI Fail:
The artificial intelligence (ai) of a game failing to do what its supposed to to, glitching out, or possibly getting stuck behind or in walls.
AI: *shoots own ally*
(It's supposed to shoot you)
Ai: *cant get unstuck from wall)
Those are examples of AI Fails
The repetition of glorious, unsuccessful actions; or being on a roll of "fail".

That honors class was so hard that I just sail failed right though it.

2) Description of a your mobile phone service. Voda-failed and Voda-Failing may be used.
