Fiend rider

A term used to describe people who live in and are members in a concentrated area that used to be popular but are now drug addicts.

I was leaving the liquor store and this fiend rider asked me for some money.

lake fiend

A person (or a group) who manages to find a lakeside area for an event.

Those guys are all lake fiends. It's nice to see the mirror sunset.

fiend around

To scrounge about, causing mischief and scheming to FSU.

Tonight, we're gonna fiend around at the party.
