I was hanging with the lamest people last night. Must have been the bong goggles.
Boat goggles describes a lapse in judgment or lowering of standards due to being on a ship with the same few people for an extended period of time. One with boat goggles might consider hooking up with someone on a ship that on land they would not have found attractive. In other words, rose colored lenses but for the cruise line industry.

2. Supposedly some obscure porn term describing the ballsack placed over the woman's eyes. I have never personally come across this in use but that's what a few slang wiktionaries seem to say.

This word references those dressed in anachronismic costumes which may include corsets and other trappings designed to give the illusion of desirable proportions.
