Upper St. Clair is the best of the best in PA. It is not only the richest township but the most successful. The girls from Upper St Clair are gorgeous, alot of them model. Majority of residents heard of walmart but never stepped into the store. They also never heard od taxi cabs. They call a limo to come get them. If their is too much traffic they go on their daddy's private jet. Upper St clair is a perfect place to live many people strive to be like USC but do not succeed at it.
