When you eat a certain type of food, but you have an unpleasant experience, such as finding a bug in your food or eating spoiled food.

When a person, typically a thin one, indulges in a large amount of food which makes their stomach stick out from the fullness as if they're pregnant.

In the movie Juno:

Leah: It's probably just a food baby. Did you have a big lunch?

tracer food

Any food which exists the body in a condition which still allows for basic identification, particularly including foods difficult to digest like fibrous vegetables.

If you eat a tracer food like beets, you can gauge how long it takes for foods to pass through your system.
